		<description>You are right - it will be a big jump, but I believe it actually makes it easier for  everyone (management included) to talk in user story terms. For years we have tried to distill test down to a handful of figures (80% FV, 57% SVT complete) but when it comes to the crunch the question is always - tell me what works and what doesn&#039;t. You can&#039;t get that from just figures. I think user stories is a much smarter way of articulating a product and its readiness for delivery. It&#039;ll be a good challenge for us :)</description>

I feel pretty much exactly as you do, though I think trying to use the term &quot;user stories&quot; instead of the test phases is going to be too large a jump for some people (management in particular, more so at the higher level).</description>
